***BUGS, SLOWWW SERVICE, & ROACH MOTELS***
i ordered a sprite and was brought a glass with a bug in it. so i sent it back and ordered a water. THAT GLASS ALSO HAD A BUG IN IT!! two drinks and they both had bugs!!
there is a pile of rice & god knows what else from god knows when in between grill and table. you can see the grease marks on the grills from where they haven't been cleaned.
the soup with hibachi dinner tasted like dish water. my boyfriends shrimp & chicken were both tasteless.
it took 50 minutes for us to get one shrimp tempura sushi roll and 45 minutes for the chef to even come to our table to start cooking.
i ordered scallops because i'm allergic to beef and chicken and they are usually cooked before the meat at every other hibachi place i've been to so i didn't specify my allergy. however, at this place, all of the meat was cooked together at the exact same time so the same spatula that was used on the beef was used on the chicken and the shrimp and the scallops. so i wasn't even able to eat the main entree of my dinner.
THERE ARE ROACH MOTELS UNDER THE TABLES WHERE YOUR LEGS GO!!
I absolutely recommend everyone to STEER CLEAR of this place!!!! -

Birthday Hibachi dinner did not disappoint... our first time here, but we're no strangers to teppanyaki grill "show" ...the restaurant decor inside and out is a bit dated. The food was very good and plentiful... lots of leftovers for tomorrow! Our chef was skilled (although no sake squirts or shrimp tosses to the mouth or egg toss into his chef's hat) and the kids at our table loved the flaming onion volcano. The service staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. We would recommend for a family dinner. Others at our group table were obviously regulars, which always speaks volumes for a restaurant.

We went with 8 of us for hibachi to celebrate a kids birthday. The chef was friendly but didn't have the best aim but it was still super fun. They had several vegetarian options for my husband and 4 kids under twelve were happy diners. Even the 4 yr old ate rice. We had 3 sushi rolls before the hibachi that were delicious. The chef ended dinner with some harmonica playing and happy birthday for the 12yr old.
Another review stated the yum yum sauce was ranch and I disagree. It is lighter than what you might typically see but it tasted like the sweet yum yum sauce.
The only negative thing I could say was that when we arrived the cleaning smell was a bit strong but at least we knew it was clean. Bathrooms were clean too. -
